What an amazing description of her vision after cataract surgery!
Thank you Tricia Malmut!
The Japanese Magnolia has beautiful individual purple blooms, the leaves are popping out as single, beautiful green sprouts and grass is turning an amazingly vibrant shade of green in tiny little single blades. It is no longer a purple and green mass or a green carpet with no definition. The blurriness is gone, vibrant colors are alive, and definition and fine lines are the clearest I have seen in many, many years. After wearing contact lenses for over 30 years and dealing with cataracts since my early 40’s, I woke up with vision that has never been in my memory. Heartbreaking news has turned into an amazing life change. Sincere and heartfelt thanks to the Amazing Dr. Jason Handler with Cabarrus Eye Center. God guided your hand through this process and I am so grateful for your talent, skill and abilities. I am forever grateful to you for my new vision. Those that have experienced extreme vision decline will be those that truly appreciate this post. Here’s to a bright and vibrant future.
Dr. Handler and his staff were all so very professional in handling my situation. Due to unforeseen circumstances they all shuffled around their schedule to fit in my surgery. June 17, 2015 I was told that I had cataracts, during an eye exam. Your office did everything possible to squeeze me in for lens replacement. I first came in the office June 24. That day they scheduled me for the next day. That alone was a blessing, because I start a new job July 6. Also, I returned to get my other eye lens replaced on July 2. Both surgeries were an immediate success. I now see a new world that is bright and colorful. I am so very excited and relieved to be able to see everything the way it was intended to be seen. And again, the office came through by having my toric lens sent over night, to be installed on July 2. I want to thank every person involved with my case from the bottom of my heart. Your practice is number 1 in my book. Thanks again.
I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for many years. I know when I’m there, he’s willing to take the time to make sure my eyes are in the best condition possible. It’s so nice to walk in, after a year, and he’ll still ask about my family by name. it makes me feel important to them.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Sandra Brown at Cabarrus Eye Center! She is an expert in her field with impeccable high standards!! Our son was diagnosed over seven years ago with congenital cataracts at birth and Dr. Brown has been there for us every step of the way. When he was born we did do our research and visited other pediatric ophthalmologists (Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Assoc. and even went to the Storm Eye Institute in South Carolina) After that we realized how fortunate we were to have such expertise right here in Concord. Her reputation as an expert precedes her. Since then she has done a number of successful surgeries on our son and every time to the highest standard. We have trusted Dr. Brown with our son’s future and would recommend any parent to trust their children with her. In face we have met other parent/children with vision issues and they have made to move to Dr. Brown as well.

Cabarrus Eye Center is a great practice! Being their summer intern gave me a chance to work with the doctors and staff here. I was able to experience first hand how compassionate they are about providing individual and comprehensive eye care to the people of Cabarrus County and its surrounding area. Everyone here cares for the total well being of the patient and do so with superior customer service!

Dr Handler & all Cabarrus Eye Center Staff, I recently had the priviledge having surgery on both my eyes; and the results couldn’t have been better. 20/20 in both eyes with no glasses! More than that,I feel like I’ve made some friends with their wonderful staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
